Serving as a Fee Developer for the Owner, and Construction Manager for the Tenant, Skye Group had a unique responsibility from conception through commissioning and operation of this state of the art medical facility. The Skye team fast tracked this new West Valley Hospital facility and medical center allowing full operation in less than 9 months from the start of construction.

The Skye team has managed all phases of new store roll-out programs nationally. Each client tailors our services to match the phase of support needed to supplement the program and compliment their exiting staff. In addition Skye Group has developed and implemented store development programs for both local and national retailers and our team works with retail construction and facilities departments to implement major remodel or upgrade campaigns.
